After a huge thunderstorm, PB&J and their friends see a rainbow. When it goes away, they try giving the sky a ransom to bring back the rainbow.

- It doesn't work. But when Jelly gets a drink of water, she sees that when Butter starts playing with a flashlight, turning it on and off every seven seconds. She points the light toward the glass of water, a rainbow appears. They then learn that you can't make a rainbow come back with a ransom. But you need a light source and water.
